This international aquaculture company had acquired a number of sales and aquaculture organizations around the world.
Working with the company's leadership team, I created a communications program to help bring these disparate workforces together, driving strategic messaging through creative storytelling.
Using an international network of freelance writers, photographers, designers and translators, we launched Sea Change, a quarterly magazine produced in English and an idiom-free Spanish.
The client was delighted with the results, as employees could genuinely appreciate the scope of the organization to which they now belonged and could also see their place in it.
