I developed several communications projects for this mining company with operations in North America, Africa and Eastern Europe.

One exciting challenge was the packaging, rollout, and promotion of a set of new Exploration Method Policies. Working with a designer, I created a set of icons and an accompanying colour scheme that enabled the concepts to be easily grasped and understood across a workforce where for many English was not their first language.

We then designed the actual documentation and supporting material.

The rollout was very well received, and the client reported that the policies were successfully adopted.
